Description:
The Customer Churn Analysis report examines key factors influencing customer churn in a telecom company. It explores how services, payment methods, contract types, and billing behaviors impact churn rates through interactive visualizations. The report includes scatter plots, histograms, and heatmaps to uncover trends, such as the relationship between tenure and churn rate and the correlation between monthly and total charges. Additionally, a correlation heatmap highlights important numerical relationships between features. This analysis helps in identifying at-risk customers and developing strategies to improve retention.
